Refund Policies

Please note that the following claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.


1. Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items Received

Please follow the following procedure:-

a) Forward to us a photograph of the item received.

b) Attach a copy of the receipt.

If we accept this to be returned free of charge this may be done through Aramex.

A replacement will be forwarded at no further cost.

If a replacement is not available your credit card will be refunded accordingly with the cost of the goods and the delivery charge.


2. Exchange

Goods may be returned at your cost and we will refund your credit card with the cost of the goods only.

The replacement item will then be charged and will be forwarded at no additional delivery charges.


3. Returned Goods

These may be returned at your expense and the cost of the item only will then be refunded to your credit card.


Please note that every effort should be made to order the correct size by stating clearly the size of the horse i.e. Pony, Cob or Full Size or measurement for rugs etc. 

Rider clothing should be ordered stating clearly the waist, chest, hip or head size and, where appropriate long or short fitting(in the case of half chaps for instance).
