Q1: How do I create an Account?

A1: To create an account click the “My Account” tab in the right hand corner of the screen, the click on “Register” for new customers. A form will appear, enter the required information and hit the submit button. Please remember that creating an account is for your protection since it provides security and prevents orders being fraudulently in your name. It also simplifies the order process because we already have your full particulars in our system.


Q2: How do I order from Things-To-Do?

A2: Our website is user-friendly. It’s easy to search for the items that you are looking for and make a purchase. Firstly, you have to register an account then follow these steps to complete your order.

1. Browse our store to look for the item(s) that you wish to buy.

2. Select the options of the color, size and quantity that you need.

3. Click 'add to cart' to add the item into the shopping cart.

4. When you finish choosing the items click on 'Checkout'.

5. You will be redirected to the payment portal. Enter your credit card details and your address to complete your order.


Q3: How do I pay for my Goods?

A3: We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit and credit card.

A6: The password retrieval is an automated process. Just click on the “Forgot Password” button on the home page and follow the online instructions.

A7: If you have changed address, phone number or email address, just login to your account and then click on Edit my personal information.Changethe information and then click save at the bottom of the page.


Q8: Do you have a catalog?

A8: No, we don’t have a consumer product catalog. Please visit our website store to see our products or contact us at


Q9: Can you special order for me?

A9: Yes, we can make a special order for you but there might be extra charges due to additional postage etc. A quotation will be given and must be approved.


Q10: I am not comfortable with ordering online, can I order over the phone?
A10: Yes, you can call us on +973 17590409 or you can send us an order by fax on the same number.


Q11: How do I track my parcel?
A11: If you have registered your email address with us, you will receive an email after a couple of days notifying you that your parcel has been dispatched. You can then begin to track your parcel online.


Q12: Are my confidentiality details given to any other untrusted parties?
